A boutique Yoga and Reformer Pilates studio.
GRAIN was born from the belief that strength isn't just found in heavy lifts, but in the patience of a single breath. We emphasize guided sustainable movement that honors your body's rhythm while building a foundation that lasts a lifetime.
Move better. Breathe better. Grow stronger.
Our six pillars of intentional movement.
Quality over Speed
We prioritize the precision of every movement over the quantity of repetitions. Slow is smooth, and smooth is strong.
Small-Group Attention
Limited class sizes ensure you receive the personal guidance needed to perfect your form and progress safely.
Sustainable Growth
We build programs that support your long-term health, avoiding burnout through mindful, intentional exercise.
Structural Integrity
Focusing on spinal health and core stability to create a resilient physical architecture from the inside out.
Mind-Body Link
Cultivating a deep awareness of breath and muscle engagement to enhance both physical and mental clarity.
Informed Practice
We educate our members on the 'why' behind each pose or stretch, empowering you to own your practice.
Founding Partners
Kruthika
Founder & Certified Yoga Instructor
Grain began with a deeply personal journey. After struggling with PCOD, Kruthika discovered that a consistent yoga practice could do more than improve flexibility—it transformed her relationship with her health. Through patience, movement, and mindfulness, she experienced firsthand how yoga could support hormonal balance, build resilience, and restore confidence. That experience inspired a simple but powerful vision: to create a space where others could discover their own path to feeling better. As the Founder of Grain and a certified Yoga Instructor, Kruthika believes wellness should be welcoming, intentional, and rooted in quality. Every aspect of the studio—from the trainers and programs to the community—is built on this foundation.
Hari
Founder & Head Trainer
If you had told Hari a few years ago that he’d swap engineering drawings for yoga mats and Pilates reformers, he probably would’ve smiled—and then done it anyway. A mechanical engineer by qualification and a movement educator by calling, Hari believes the human body is the most fascinating machine ever built. His mission is simple: help people move better, feel stronger, and enjoy healthier lives. Certified in both Yoga and Pilates, Hari brings together mindful movement, functional strength, and a deep understanding of body mechanics to create classes that are equal parts challenging, supportive, and enjoyable. Whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned practitioner, he meets you where you are and helps you progress.
